L2J Netbeans Issue (HellBound)

Hello guys,
Today I decided to take a look back and try the Netbeans method to obtain an old chronicle.

I have successfuly Checked-Out both Server/Datapack, but creating the Workspace for the Datapack is failing for some reason.

Here is screenshot of the Error
Someone faced this before and any ideas how this can be fixed or just the Netbeans doesn't support other than High-Five Chronicle ?

I use and recommend Eclipse.

I have followed the video, of course .. If I wasn't I wouldn't have open this topic
Everything worked fine until I got to the HellBound's Datapack, which failed with the error on the screenshot.

Anyway, its an old Chronicle, so I don't expect any support on it - Just wanted to check, if someone else faced it and maybe, if someone managed to fix this or know the root cause.
