Is this normal when my wolf collar disappeared (after 20-30 minutes) because I unsummon wolf without food in his inventory? Wolf eating even is unsummoned?

Yes. Player had this problem. He took out food from wolf inventory and unsummon pet. After 20-30 minutes wolf disappeared. Befor unsummon pet had more than 60% food.
But now is new patch without deleting pet even when is hungry like a wolf

Yes i removed the old way when pet is hungry to get deleted.
Soon the new penalties will be applied too.
