weird password issues

For the past two days I've had some weird issues when trying to log in from work. It shows me that I'm typing an incorrect password even though it's 100% correct. When I do a password reset and change the password to exactly the same as before, it suddenly allows me to log in again. At home, I've been logged out, but I can log in and everything's ok. Today at work - again incorrect password.
Anyone else noticed this?

Had the same issue in office..admin purged proxy server and all was fine then for some time..after few weeks issue was back...

I think it has to do with this table : accounts_ipauth.

This is only for this website; I log in to multiple websites daily and no problems anywhere.

Loging from work typing the pass, usually at home (password saved in browser) and from phone typing as well, no problems, anyway (unofficial) forum will get updated next month
