hello i download files from http://www.l2jserver.com/nightly/

i install java ... but when i try open l2jconfig ... for make rates .. cant open .. no error ..nothing ...what can i do?

You could use notepad and open the configs manually...
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
