Players Are Making Accounts But not Characters ...

I have been seeing alot of players making accounts but for some reason they arent making characters? Could this be something server side. Me and my team are able to login to our accounts, make characters and everything remotely with no problem?

Just wondering if there is a cap on characters that can be changed or what this may be. Sorry i know it isnt the best info but i just dont know, 180 people made accounts, no characters made in MySql

they must be trying to connect with God clients.

are u sure your game server is on for public? it may on only in login server but y dont cofigure it correctly in game server... so it cause they can make an account at login server . and wont it at game server
