I started a L2jServer through nightly builds (beta version)
I downloaded jdk-7u1-windows-x64 for Windows 7< I installed them, no problem. I put the server files from nightly builds to the server file I made and when I run startGameServer.exe I receive an error like this:

 Starting L2J Game Server. Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for object heap  Server terminated abnormaly  server terminated

I don't know hot to fix this error, I ask here because you may know the fix for this error.
I'm desperate enough! I want to test some things I made to share here.
Please help me.

increase the memory on startgameserver.bat

This error come, then java released 7 java version. If you using your pc, turn off everything, that use your ram, try to relogin to your acc. If you using dedicated server, make more ram how already was posted.

Check your starting scripts you probably have min/max too high.

Problem solved.

The only thing I had to make was a restart. Sorry for making you all worried.
