#127.0.0.1 localhostAs a last note, you can use the # symbol to make comments. Any line that starts with the # symbol will not be parsed by the operating system. You can therefore use this # symbol to make comments.
#127.0.0.1 L2authd.lineage2.com

Re: Login problem
Hey Guys!
I have the same Problem with my login ...
I have the packs 4934 / 8385
and the newest updated Freya client from today ...
I tried first to use the server today. It's running on my Virtual XP Mode on my PC. I have enough System Requirements and the login+gameserver start well.
If i try to login with my client from my normal machine (not virtual) it says "You are currently logging in. Wait ... blah~"
my hosts file says "127.0.0.1 l2authd.lineage2.com"
i have no firewall between client and server which yould block any connections ...
You have an idea? I'm searching a fix for that for hours now.

Re: Login problem
I could fix the most Problems by myself now ...
But there is one Problem where i really need help, because i have not many ideas how to fix it.
I create a new character. It's fine.
But in the Character Choose Menu there is only the Name of the Character (no 3D-Model) and the "days, hours... etc" when the char will become unavailable. all the values are 0. 0 Days, 0 Hours, etc.
If i choose a character the msg: are you sure you want to "undelete" character blah~
sorry for my bad english. But i hope you understand my problem. ^^
inb4 thx!

Re: Login problem
but if you update, you will try to login a Freya server with a High Five client. won't work.
also, if you have no GameGuard folder, that shouldn't be any problem... it should be automatically created when you start up L2.
try another working System folder for Freya imo.

Re: Login problem
Or L2.bin is a legitimate batch file, you may just run it as L2.bat.

Re: Login problem
I'm having similar problems with people who want to connect to my server:
Ive open 53, 2106, 7777, 2009, 9014 and 3306 ports and wirefall disabled.
Any idea/suggestion? People just can see You are currently logging in. Please wait a moment.
Thanks for all.
Code: Select all
<gameserver address="MyWANIP" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="ipconfig.xsd"> <!-- Localhost here --> <define subnet="127.0.0.0/8" address="127.0.0.1" /></gameserver>
