problem with registration tool

Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.
Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead.
There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

L2J Revision Revision 4672: /branches/unstable/L2J_Server_BETA
L2JDP Revision Revision 8064: /trunk/L2J_DataPack

when i try to register game server name with the registration tool i get this error but the servername.xml is not missing ty for help in advance!!!!
