Buff time error

Buff time error

All buffs have time "0", so it expires. I just updater to the last SVN.

Oh, and I do something wrong: Change two days ago the timezone of the server when the server was alive. Maybe this create the problem? but I restart in the past and nothing happens, so I doubt.

I rollback to the old svn and everything is working fine now. Maybe a error in the new version? =)
