On Windows 10 with Java 17 and MariaDB and Elcipse

Most Skills don't finish cast animation or did not work.
Also toggle skills dont work.

And health potions and more stuff like that doesn’t work.
Only found out that without buffs, casting is longer then with buffs.

I found this fix on other forum. (not working)
Tried too change skillcast to 33 ,333 ,400 ,500 and even 1250

_skillCast2 = ThreadPoolManager.getInstance().scheduleEffect(mut, 0);
_skillCast = ThreadPoolManager.getInstance().scheduleEffect(mut, 0);

Attack skills is the same only 3 work on Orc fighter!
