i can't Register Game Server On win10

Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.
Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead.
There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

i can't Register Game Server On win10

I used this installation viewtopic.php?t=32326

but the step to Register Game Server.bat an error occurred .

Error: Could not find or load main class com.l2jserver.tools.gsregistering.BaseG
ameServerRegister


tools :HeidiSQl、eclipse 、xampp、jdk-8u191-windows-x64

I found a lot of relevant information,but did not solve this problem .

show settings of the LoginServer.properties and Server.properties files
