Normally quest drops items like old quests, but some quest rewards (giving quest items in exchange) in function of items gived to NPC a defined number of items (potions, items, scrolls, etc) this setting controls specificly this drop amount.

Most quest have been rewritten, yet you may find quests using method that are not affected by custom rates.
