I've ran a client and server in my local W10 machine just fine.

Does the client run at all?
Does it display any kind of errors?

The most common error after a fresh install is solved by compiling and running this:

Hope it helps :+1:

EDIT: Whitelist the client from your antivirus, it may be preventing it to run properly.
