how make on every spawn loading to add auto abnormal effect for NPC, I can't do it, because it requires target...

I stucked, I found about 3-4 places where I can put it, but I can't and I think of that 3-4 places 1 is good, so thats why I need L2JServer community help.Zoey76 wrote:Show me how you do it.

Any DataPack script with onSpawn will work.
