Heroes not recognized

Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.
Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead.
There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

Hello,

I have an issue with the olympiad system.

Character names are displayed in the monument of heroes. But when they go to the monument, it says that they cannot claim reward, because they are not heroes.

The validation period has already ended (24hours)

Had to shutdown server and in DB heroes change "claimed" to true
