Updated with suggestions and mior fixes:
Added index, suggested by Gimli76
Changed font type, suggested by DrHouse
Changed sorting of method in core by name to grouped relation, suggested by Nos
Fixed some minor copy-paste typos.
Added page numbers.
If you see weird colours while using the browser, I'd recommend you to download it.

Can be updated with new things?... Ideal should be a [.pdf] or [.docx] file downloadable from this same post. Can be possible?. Thats because information cant be showed correctly and of course more comfortable for all.
