Charm of courage effect removed too early

Description

Charm of courage works only in conjuction with noblesse blessing. Without this effect was removed too early after death and does not prevent expirience lost. And please consider removing charm of courage buff after reviving (with noblesse blessing)

Maybe this is better to remove courage flag not after die, but then reviewing ? And please verify on retail - now charm of courage has 2 icons, in buffs ann effects. Maybe buff icon not needed ?

(In [2284]) Fix for Charm of Courage benefits after dying. (Since effect is removed after dying, blessing status was bypassed)
