Purify does not negate PARALYZE and POISON effects

Description

Purify lvl 3 Treasure Chests lvl 78, Paralysis lvl 6 DP side looks OK.

tested with necromancers anchor lvls 9 , 11 , 13 purify doesnt work

tested with cure of seraphim (4704) lvl 13 - the same, it does not negate PARALYZE

POISON can`t negate as well, Cure of Seraphim does not negate HOLD (SE root)

entire NegateStats? directive broken?

Confirmed and on core forum is thread about this. I think its blocker priority cause those skills are really blocked..
