Summon movement fix.
- After casting an skill/attacking pet will go back to master's position unless the movement mode is changed
- If summon is moving to some where, either for just moving, for getting in target range and cast an skill or for attacking on melee, and you press "Change movement mode" summon will not interrupt its action, just change its movement mode. To get it stopped, you'll have to press stop.
- There is also a little cleanup in L2SummonAI (if/elseif -> switch)
