Question about augmentation stats.

Hello,
Quick question: Where can I edit the augmentation stats? (Not talking about active/passive skills, just normal stats)I've searched many augmentation related files but to no avail.
I am using High Five Master branch so there isn't any augmentation_stats.xml file in my DP.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
