L2J Server

Hello everyone and nice to meet you.

I've followed step by step the instructions on this forum to set up a server, however I am kinda stuck on the last step.

I've:

• created all the databases,
  registered game server,
  created an account,
  run the game Server script,
  run the login server script.

Now I try to run my client Interlude. (note client and server run on the same machine I have no plans to launch this I just have it for fun on my own machine).

I correctly login and I am faced with my server, now here is my problem, it says down and ping 9999.

What are the steps to fix this? I've decrypted and edited my l2.ini file in order to set the proper local ip and port in order for this to work. I successfuly overriden my login issue but then I got stuck here.

Note: My login and gameserver loop scripts run fine. I get no weird outputs on the terminal whatsoever.
