Server Setup (Login Server)

Hi guys. I am getting and error when I try to run the login server.
I have tried different L2J and L2JDP files. I think I am doing something wrong installing it. On the Wiki I used:
1.) Go to your root directory and open the folder "Gameserver" then the folder "Config"
2.) Open server.properties and open it with Notepad.
3.) Here is what you need to change:

I dont have folder called "Gameserver".
I followed everything else exactly.
