Castle siege problem

Hi, i have a little problem with castle siege.
I have an Interlude server, L2JOneo engine with revision 1713,1712.

I tried today a castle siege...too much defenders and strong, but its no problem, it is easy to change it, but when i arrived in to throne room, i went to the artefact room, i came really near to artefact,but nothing happends
When i clicked to artefact with SHIFT ( i can edit it), but i need to talk with the artefact... i cant win the siege

Someone know how is possible solution???

select artefact and use Engrave skill

Skills to artefact... i tried (for mage) - all magics works but for fighter i cant hit it. I port on x,y,z of artefact but i cant talk with it too

You need the skill "Seal of Ruler" the clan leader will get this skill when he/her finishes the level 5 clan quest.
