subeclipse got broken? or what?

hey guys...first of all please forgive me if this is not the proper section to post this kind of issues....few days ago i wanted to put back my project to continue making new stuffs for my own and im keep getting this error when i want to get the subeclipse link, as the message said i have sent like 4 5 mails about this and nothing happen, so what should i do? is problem from them? or how can i continue my work with out using this subversion

This works fine for me http://subclipse.tigris.org/ and just drag and drop the install icon into eclipse workspace.
