Black Desert Online.

Post by JMD »

Anyone here play it? Its really booming right now.

Its the closest mmorpg to Lineage 2 for me. Because of the open world sandbox thing and it has castle sieges and stuff like that.

The only pay to win i see is the pets (auto-loot) and the value packs (boosted exp/inventory slots etc.) Its more like pay for convinience. However its totally playable without spending a dime. You can even skip enchanting and buy your gear from the ingame player marketplace using the games currency. I wouldnt be playing if i knew people can pay real money to be ahead, thats not the case on the EU/NA servers.

Its pay to win in Korea because the game there is Free to Play.

Now only have packs of this type ... then it will be equal archeage, will start to have more and more item to sell, ArcheAge is an example. Much better pay monthly. You only have to wait, after reduce the number of new players, are going to start selling new things, and it will hinder the gameplay of those who do not buy!
