L2J@CaFeConf VI
As some of you may know already, I talked in public a bit about our project and our experience as a development team, our difficulties and the solutions we found so far from a software project management perspective.
CaFeConf is a yearly free software conference that takes place in Buenos Aires. Hence, the talk were oriented towards sharing our experiences with other free software development teams and community members. While calling some attention to the product, my main goal were to discuss community and team related issues rather than technical details.
Anyway most of the questions audience made were about technical topics, some people showed interest in team organization and community details and more than a half of the audience didn’t know what L2J exactly is. Thus I assume all of the goals were pretty much accomplished and it has been a great experience.
I’d be uploading a translated version of the Impress Presentation I made if anybody is interested, because the speech is prepared for an spanish speaking audience.
